Single Art. -A people of any age, who are in full weather, at risk of serious illness or even at risk of death, may be taken to shelters or other places where they may be properly assisted, even if they do not give their consent, provided that a medical doctor in writing establishes the existence of any of the risks indicated in the present dispositionand without this entailing the correction of their freedom.
