THE WORKERS OF THE BOILER ROOMS AND MACHINES OF THE NATIONAL FRIDGE, FOREMEN OF THE STATE RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION AND WORKERS OF HYDROGRAPHY AND ROAD TRANSPORT ARE DECLARED TO BE INCLUDED IN A SPECIAL RETIREMENT SCHEME. MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Declaring the benefits of law N °
12.133, of 27 August 1954, to the workers of the National Refrigerator Chambers and Machines, to the operators and foremen of Maniworks Diesel Workshops, and Signals of the Pinturias Seotions and crews of the State Railways Administration.
Article 2 °. Include in the benefits that are agreed in the previous article, the workers in the Soldering and Foundry Sections of the Hydrography Directorate and the Diesel, Painting and Battery Sections of the Road Workshops of the Ministry of Public Works.
Article 3 °. Commune, etc.
