ADMINISTRATION OF THE STATE RAILWAYS
IS AUTHORIZED TO ADVANCE UP TO 70% OF YOUR SALARY, TO OFFICIALS WHO DECLARE CEASE-AND-BE INEPTITUDE, AFTER OBTAINING THE OPINION OF A MEDICAL BOARD.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Authorize the Administration of State Railways (A.F.E.) to advance officials who declare a cessation of ineptitude, after the opinion of a Medical Board, made up of a physician Social Security Bank delegate, one of the A.F.E. Medical Service and a third-party appointed by the Faculty of Medicine, who will serve as President, up to 70% (seventy percent) of his salary.
The Tribunal must be issued within thirty days, with a majority ruling, its ruling being unappealable.
Article 2 °. The Social Security Bank shall credit the State Railways Administration with the amounts paid to ex-officials for the concept expressed, the amount of which shall be charged to the debt which The Agency has to do so with the first one to 30 June 1967, or to the payment agreement quotas, if they existed.
Article 3 °. The State Railways Administration shall act on behalf and representation of its officials with the Social Security Bank for the purposes of retirement procedures, relevant, as provided by law N °

Article 4 °. Please declare in favour of the Administration of the State Railways the right of retention against the passivity of your ex-officials declared to cease in accordance with the rules
