RETIREMENT BOXES
THE STATUTORY RULES FOR THE RETIREMENT AFFILIATION OF OFFICIALS, EX-OFFICIALS AND THEIR SUCCESSORS IN THE BODIES CREATED BY LAW 11.034 ARE SPECIFIED.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. As of 1 January 1967, the retirement affiliation of the official, ex-officials and their respective successors, of the bodies established by law N °
11.034, of 14 January 1948, is the one that determines Article 8 (2) of Law No.
10,014, of 23 May 1941, with all the retirement rights that come from it.
Without prejudice to those set forth above, article 1 of the law N °
12.048, dated 28 November 1953, on the basis of which the corresponding liquidations shall be made.
Article 2 °. For the purposes of the retirement benefits provided for in Article 1, the members active at the date of this law shall compute a final ten-year performance of services such as minimum in the said bodies.
