TAX ON PENSIONS
PROVISIONS OF LAWS 2,910, 7,818 AND 9,940 ON ALLOCATIONS AND RESOURCES FOR THE CIVIL RETIREMENT AND PENSION FUND WILL BE REPEALED.

2,910, of October 14, 1904, and Article 14 (j) of Law No.
7,818, of 6 February 1925, incorporated by Article 131, into law No.
9,940, of 2 July 1940.
