NATIONAL POSTAL SAVINGS BOX
A PROVISION OF LAW 12.417, ORGANIC CHARTER, ON LOAN OPERATIONS WITH COLLATERAL IS REPLACED.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Substitute article 18 (h) of law N °
12.417, dated October 8, 1957, by the following:
"(h) In loans with a guarantee of first mortgage, or second mortgage, being the first of the Fund itself or of the Mortgage Bank of Uruguay or other state agencies or parastatals authorized by this class of operations."
Article 2 °. Commune, etc.
