RURAL LAUNCHES
SUSPENDED UNTIL APRIL 30, 1971 AND EXCEPTIONS ARE DETERMINED
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Suspending until 30 April 1971, all rural property launches for the agricultural holding, with the exception of those promoted under the grounds provided for in points (B) and (d) of the Article 13 of Law No 12,100 of 27 April 1954 and those ordered against the bad payers or those to whom the contract for non-compliance was terminated.
For the application of the exceptions set out in points (B) and (D) of Article 13 of Law No
12,100 , the aphoras that govern the time of the sanction of that law shall be in force.
Article 2 °. Until November 30, 1970, tenants, subtenants, sharecroppers, and subarrozeros whose primary destination is dairy production will not be reached by the exceptions set forth in the last paragraph of the preceding article.
Article 3 °. Extended until 31 December 1970,
for the period agreed upon by Article 2.o of Law No
13,861. of 11 June 1970.
Article 4 °. This law governs from 1.o October
1970.
Article 5 °. Commune, etc.
