INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF PENSION GRANTED TO
MARIA LUISA YANNEO OF BERGARA AND
DONA LUISA RUTH BERGARA YANNEO
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Increase to the sum of $10,000.00 (ten thousand pesos) a month, the graciable pension agreed by law N. or
10.862, dated October 23, 1946, to Mrs. Maria Luisa Yanneo de Bergara and Miss Luisa Ruth Bergara Yanneo, as the widow and daughter of Dr. Eugenio Pedro Bergara.
Article 2 °. This pension shall continue to be addressed to General Rentas and shall retain the characteristics set forth in that law N. or
10.862, of 23 October, 1946 and its amendment No 11.356 of 15 October 1949.
Article 3 °. Commune, etc.
