IS AUTHORIZED TO THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC HEALTH, TO PROCEED TO THE SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION, OF A BUILDING LOCATED IN THE LOCALITY OF JOSE BATLLE AND ORDONEZ.


The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Article 1 °.
Authorize the Ministry of Public Health to proceed to the sale, in public auction, of the building located in the locality of "Jose Batlle and Ordonez", which was registered with the N. or 171.

Article 2 °.
The product obtained from this operation will be exclusively directed to works in the "Dr. Hector Giannarelli" Auxiliary Center of the specified locality, according to the established wills of the Luis Giusti and Geremias Cantero de Giusti.

Article 3 °.
Commune, etc.
