LOTTERIES ADDRESS AND FIVE
IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE A SPECIAL LOTTERY LOTTERY, WHICH WILL BE PRODUCED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE PILOT LYCEO OF THE CITY OF RIVERA.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. The Lotteries and Quinielas Directorate will perform a Special Lottery Sorteo, on the date the Executive Branch will determine, whose jackpot will consist of the sum of $50,000,000.00 (fifty million dollars). (pesos) the production of which will be used to carry out the essential expropriations and construction of a local destined for the Liceo Pilot of the zone called Rivera Chico, of the city of Rivera
Article 2 °. The entire sale of the lottery numbers referred to in the previous article, as well as the non-cashed prizes, will be poured into a special account to be opened at the Bank of the Republic Oriental of Uruguay, to the order of the National Council of Secondary Education, for the purposes set out in the preceding article.
It shall not govern these effects, the provisions of Article 14 of Law No.
13,318, of 28 December 1964.
