COMPENSATION CASE FOR
UNEMPLOYMENT IN INDUSTRY
REFRIGERATOR
THE BENEFITS YOU GIVE TO YOUR AFFILIATES ARE INCREASED.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. As of 1 ° of the month following the enactment of this law, the amount of benefits paid to its affiliates by the Vacancy Compensation Fund in the Refrigeration Industry created by the Law
10.562, of 12 December 1944 and its similar of the Interior instituted by law
13,552, of 26 October 1966, as appropriate, shall be fixed for the holders category "A" in the sum of $30,000 (thirty thousand pesos). The amounts of the other categories shall be fixed proportionally.
Article 2 °. Affect 10% of the produced Minimum Productivity Tax for Agricultural Production (IMPROME), up to the sum of $3,500:000,000 (three billion pesos) annually, with destination to the Vacancy Compensation Fund in the Refrigeration Industry and its Interior Ministry. If this item is insufficient to comply with the provisions of Article 1 of this Law, the difference shall be served by General Rentas.
Article 3 °. Authorize the Refrigeration Industry Vacancy (Laws
10.562 and
13,552) to impute your own resources paid from 1 October 1972 for the purpose of bringing forward compensation.
Article 4 °. The perception of the benefits served by the Vacancy Compensation Fund in the Refrigeration Industry and its Home Office is incompatible with any employment relationship. The benefit to whom a situation will be verified as indicated will be liable for the cessation of the emerging rights of this regime, without prejudice to the other sanctions provided for by law.
Article 5 °. Commune, etc.
