THE "AMENDING PROTOCOL OF THE MONTEVIDEO TREATY", SIGNED IN CARACAS, IS APPROVED.

DECRETA:

Article 1 °.
Please approve the "Amending Protocol to the Treaty of Montevideo" signed in Caracas on December 12, 1969.
