PALMAR MIXED COMMISSION
IS ASSIGNED A CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT.
The State Council, in today's session, approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. The Executive Branch will make available to the Joint Commission of the Palmar (COMIPAL) up to the amount of $1,000:000,000 (one billion pesos) in partial items for specific purposes Article 39 of Decree 335 of 15 May 1973.
Article 2 °. The erogation will be preceded by the National Energy Fund, without prejudice to which the Ministry of Economy and Finance is empowered to use the State Investment Account. of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. "
Article 3 °. The funds referred to in Article 19 shall be deposited in a special account to be opened at the Bank of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in the name of the Commission and on which the Bank shall rotate the President or Vice-President, together with the Delegate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and in the absence thereof, with the Secretary of the Commission.
