IS ENABLED THE CURRENT DEFENDERS OF TRADE IN ALL MATTERS, FOR THE FREE EXERCISE OF THEIR PROFESSION OF LAWYER.


The State Council has approved the following


LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °.
Current Ombudsmen in all matters have been enabled since the enactment of this law for the free exercise of their profession as a lawyer.
The future for these charges will matter incompatibilities of the expressed professional exercise, in the subject matter to the specialty of the appointment.

Article 2 °.
