RETIREMENTS
THE DEADLINE FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR SPECIAL PASSIVITY IS EXTENDED, WHICH MEANS ARTICLE 578 OF THE LAW 14.106.
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. Extended until December 31, 1974, the deadline set by Article 38 (2) (2) of Law
14.189, of 30 April 1974, to benefit from the benefits of the Article 578 of Law
14.106, of 14 March 1973.
State in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing paragraph to the officials belonging to Section 1 (Legislative Branch).
Article 2 °. Public servants who by the date of this law are in a position to rely on the regime provided for in Article 578 of Law
14.106of 14 March 1973, as amended by Article 38 of Law
14.189of 30 April 1974 and agreed, even if they are not covered, the use of the annual licences pending within the ten-day period shall commence on the basis of the publication of this law.
The leaders of the Executive Units will be able-by resolution founded-to exempt the officials they deem essential.
Article 3 °. This law will take effect the day after its publication in two newspapers in the capital.
