TEACHING ACTIVITIES
DETERMINE HOURS OF WEEKLY WORK FOR ACCUMULATION OF FUNCTIONS AND SALARIES
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. Substitute Article 115 (3) (3) of Law
12.803, dated 30 November 1960, with the wording given by Article 303 (2) of the Act
13.032, dated 7 November 1961, for the following:
" All situations of accumulation of functions and salaries which are not included in the preceding rules, and as soon as they are not applicable, shall be limited by a maximum of sixty hours per week of work in the whole of cumulative activities ".
