STATUS OF THE STATUS
DECLARES THAT THOSE BELONGING TO THE STATE ' S PRIVATE OR FISCAL DOMAIN ARE OUTSIDE ALL NATIONAL OR MUNICIPAL TAXATION.
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. Declare, in exercise of the power conferred by Article 85 (20) of the Constitution of the Republic, that property belonging to the private or fiscal domain of the State, whatever the the right of ownership, and of the Entes included in the provision of Article 220 of the Constitution, are outside any national or municipal imposition.
Article 2 °. Commune, etc.
