STATE COUNCIL
WERE STATUESQUE WITH THE QUALITY OF OFFICIALS OF PARTICULAR TRUST, THE SECRETARIES ' POSTS.
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. Statue with the quality of officials of Particular trust, in accordance with the provisions of the fourth paragraph of Article 60 of the Constitution of the Republic, the posts of Secretaries of the State Council. (Grade E Escalafon). This quality does not apply to current Secretaries.
Such charges shall be filled directly by the State Council among the staff of senior hierarchy belonging to the administrative branch of the Legislative Branch and shall be removed from office, by that Body, at any time.
By the vote of three-fifths of its components, the State Council will be able to dispense with this selective criterion.
