RETIREMENTS
INTERPRETATIVE RULES OF THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 578 OF LAW 14.106 ARE DICTATED.
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. Declared in Article 1 of Law
14.251, of 15 August 1974, to all officials covered by Article 578 of the href=" /leyes/ley14105.htm"> 14.105, dated 14 March 1973.
Article 2 °. Declare that article 578 of Law
14.106, of March 14, 1973, is applicable to those who meet age and service requirements (a) to be terminated or terminated before the expiry of the time limits available to them for such provision, with the exception of dismissal by omission, offence or ineptitude, unless, in the latter case, the cause of the case is of physical or mental impossibility.
Article 3 °. Services provided on the basis of the compulsory cessation (Article 35 of Law
14.189of 30 April 1974), without which the Executive Branch has extended it, shall not be In all cases, passivity will be used as of the date of the effective cessation.
In all cases, passivity will be served from the date of the effective cessation.
Article 4 °. Commune, etc.
