EXECUTIVE BRANCH
IS AUTHORIZED TO DISPOSE OF THE PADRÓN N ° 1,436 THAT WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, LOCATED IN THE 1ST JUDICIAL SECTION OF COLONIA.
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
YEAR OF ORIENTATION
Article 1 °. Authorize the Executive Branch to dispose of
the largest area in the largest area located in the 1st Judicial Section of the Cologne Department with a surface area of three hectares and transferred to the administration of the Ministry of National Defense by resolution of Executive Branch 47,882 of 16 April 1974.
Article 2 °. Destination the total value of the produced of the aforementioned disposal to deal with part of the construction of the fourteen homes for Chiefs and Officers (six for the Brigade Command). 2nd and 8th Infantry for Infantry Battalion No. 4).
