ORGANIC LAW OF THE NAVY
PROVISIONS ARE AMENDED AS REGARDS THE FLJATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE STAFF IN THE DEGREE OF FRIGATE ALFEREZ.
YEAR OF ORIENTATION
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. Modify the B, C, and D Tables in Article 22 of the Marine Organic Law
10.808, dated October 16, 1946, as regards the fixing of the troops in the Grade From Fragrata's Alferez the ones that will be written in the following form:
"Table B: General Body.-Degree, Alfez of Fragata: 50 personnel.
" Table C: Body of Engineers of Machines and Electricity. -Grade, Fragata Alferez: 30 personnel.
Table D: Supply and Management Body.-Grade, Frigate Alfez: 20 personnel. "
Article 2 °. Amend article 67 of the law
10.808, of 16 October 1946, establishing that the minimum time of age computable to the degree of Marine Guard for the promotion to Alferez de Fragata will be two years.
Article 3 °. All Marine Guard ascents to Alferez de Fragata shall be made up of computable age, with the requirements laid down in Article 137 of the Armed Forces Organic Law. href=" /leyes/ley14157.htm"> 14.157, dated 21 February 1974.
Article 4 °. The provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of this Law shall apply to the equivalent degrees of the National Naval Prefecture.
Article 5 °. Amend article 69 of the Armed Law of the Navy
10.808, dated October 16, 1946, establishing that the minimum command and boarding time effective in the grade, The following:
Grade: Marine Guard; command: 2 years; effective boarding: 2 years.
Degree: Fragrata's Alfez; command: 2 years; effective boarding: 1 year.
Article 6 °. Commune, etc.
