A PRIZE IS INSTITUTED TO BE AWARDED TO THE PERSON WHO HAS BECOME A CREDITOR FOR THE WORK DONE TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP HIS ACTIVITIES.
YEAR OF ORIENTATION
The State Council approved the following
LAW PROJECT
Article 1 °. An annual award that will be awarded by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Uruguay to the person, natural or legal, who has made himself an honorable mention for the work done in pro the promotion and development of civil aviation and the activities linked to it.
Article 2 °. That prize shall be awarded in public, to be carried out on "Day of Civil Aviation" and shall consist of an artistic object made up in accordance with the directives laid down by the aforementioned public distribution.
Article 3 °. The expenses that the confection of that prize will take shall be treated with the resources provided for in Article 525 of Law
14.189, of 26 April 1974 (surrender of Accounts, Exercises 1971-1972).
Article 4 °. The Executive Branch will regulate this law.
