ARTACLE 74 DE LA CONSTITUCIA " N DE LA REPAsBLICA
MODIFICATION OF ARTICLE 4Aº OF LAW NO. 16.021, RELATIVE
TO THE INTERPRETACIA " N OF THE SAME
The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Asnico ArtAculo. -A Sustit, then the 4Aº of the Law No 16,021of 13 April 1989, for the following:
| A) | Staying in the paAs for a span of more than three months.
|
| B) | The lease, the promise to acquire, or the acquisition of an estate to inhabit in it.
|
| C) | The installation of a trade or industry.
|
| D) | Access to a job in public or private activity.
|
| E) | The enrollment and concurrency to a public or private study center, for a minimum of time two months.
|
| F) | Any other similar demonstration of the mentioned purpose ". |
