APPROVAL "N OF THE PROMISE AGREEMENT" N AND PROTECTION " N OF INVESTMENTS

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculoA 1Aº. -A Apru.base the Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments held between the Governments of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and the Republic of India, signed in the city of Montevideo, on 11 September. February 2008.

ArtAculoA 2Aº. -A For the purposes of the interpretation of the concept of territory is considered to be the same as the one established in the rules of international law, in the specifications and delimitations that it authorizes, As the internal law in force concerning the matter.
