CODE customs of the Republic of the URUGUAY (CAROU) SUSPENSION of the validity of the articles 224, 225, 227 to 257 and 269 and 275 of the law Nº 19.276 up to the 1 ° of March of 2016 the Senate and the Chamber of representatives of the Republic East of the Uruguay, gathered in the General Assembly, DECREED: sole article.-suspending the validity of articles 224 , 225, 227-257 and 269 of the Act No. 19.276, of 19 September 2014, code customs of the Republic East of the Uruguay (CAROU), until of March 1, 2016. Suspended the validity of article 275 of the law Nº 19.276, of September 19, 2014, in what concerns the repeal of articles 250, 257 to 261, 268 to 279, 283, 295 and 296 of the law No. 13.318, on December 28, 1964 and its amending rules, insofar as they relate to procedural aspects, until of March 1, 2016 restoring the validity of the articles up to that date. Validated their procedural acts which, from March 18, 2015, have been dealt with by applying the relevant articles of the law No. 13.318, on December 28, 1964 and its amending rules and customs processes. Procedural actions that have processed by the rules laid down in articles 224 to 225, 227-257 and 269 of the Act No. 19.276, of September 19, 2014, will be governed for the stages not concluded by the standards of the law No. 13.318, on December 28, 1964 and its amending rules.
