The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculo nicnico.-Prorroguese until 1Aº of July 2017, the faculty of the Executive Branch to entrust to the military personnel dependent of the Ministry of National Defense the fulfillment of transitional functions of perimeter guard in those units of intervention for persons deprived of liberty to be determined.
