PRA%STAMO CONTRACT WITH
NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF
FUELS, ALCOHOL AND PORTLAND

AUTHORIZATION "N TO THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CANCELLATION OF
' S DEBT WITH PETRA" LEOS DE VENEZUELA S.A.

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculo 1Aº.-Autorazase to the Executive Branch to conclude a contract of loan with the National Administration of Fuels, Alcohol and PAHrtland, in the terms, deadlines and conditions that it considers more convenient, in the amount of up to the equivalent of US$ 267:000,000.00 (two hundred and sixty-seven million dollars from the United States of America), for the purposes of early cancellation of the debt of the entity with Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (PEDEVESA), for crude oil and derivative purchases.

ArtAculo 2Aº.-That loan should be guaranteed with a trust in garantAa, a garment on cash flows or other guarantee that at the discretion of the Executive Branch will ensure the payment of the capital by the entity borrowed and their interests.
