EXERCISE "ATLANTIS III"

PERMITS THE ENTRY AND EXIT OF THE NATIONAL NAVY AND NAVY PERSONNEL
OF BRAZIL, WITH THE RESPECTIVE VESSELS, IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN IT

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculoA 1Aº. -A AutorAzase entry into the Uruguayan jurisdictional waters of the F43 "Liberal" Fragata of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with an aircraft on board, with its plane major and crew, composed of 280 (two hundred and eighty) members of the Brazilian Navy, to participate in the "ATLTIS III" exercise that will take place in Uruguayan jurisdictional waters between October 27 and November 8, 2015.

ArtAculoA 2Aº. -A AutorAzase the departure of the paAs of the Buque ROU 01 "Uruguay", with its plane major and crew, composed of 160 (sixty) troops of the National Navy, to participate in the stage of the Exercise "ATLTIS III" to be carried out in the waters of the Federal Republic of Brazil, between 8 and 15 November 2015, with a stopover in the Port of RAO Grande.

Cúmplase, acásas recibo, comunaquese, publáquese e insatirtese en el Registro Nacional de Leitos y Decretos, la Ley por la que se engrantamiel el ingreo de effucias de la Marina de la Repáblica Federativa del Brasil, para participar en la pera del Exercise "ATLTIS III", which will be carried out in Uruguayan jurisdictional waters between 27 October and 8 November 2015, and the departure of the country's National Navy personnel, to participate in the "ATLATIS III" exercise stage held in the jurisdiction of the Federative Republic of Brazil, between 8 and 15 November 2015, with scale at the Port of RAO Grande.
