EXTINCT COLONEL DON ANDRES GUACURARI AND ARTIGAS "ANDRESITO"

PROMOTES TO THE DEGREE OF GENERAL, IN RECOGNITION OF THE VALUABLE
SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE HOMELAND

The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

article.-Promote the extinct Colonel don Andrés Guacurari and Artigas “Andresito” to the General degree, in recognition of the valuable services provided to the Homeland.
