AGREEMENT TO FACILITATE THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CAPABILITIES
THAT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OF
AMERICA CAN PROVIDE THROUGH THE
DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF OUR REPUBLIC

Approval

The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

item.-Approve the Agreement in order to facilitate the Technical Assistance to be provided by the Government of the United States of America through the Department of Energy to the Government of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, subscribed by Reversal Notes dated April 13, 2011 and August 12, 2011, and the amendment made by Notes of Correction No. 465 of 28 December 2011 and No 21/12 of 29 February 2012 in Montevideo, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
