on the Making and Implementation of Explosives

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :

I. Amend the following amendments to some of the legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. In Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Entrepreneurship" ( 698-12 )
(Information of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1991, N 14, st. 168;
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, N 17, pp. 80):
In part one of the first words of "explosives" to exclude;
part of the fourth complement of the new paragraph of this content:
"Exploding and Exploding Explosives".
2. In the paragraph "in" part of the second article 5 of the Law of Ukraine " On
The privatization of state property " ( 2163-12 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
For the sake of Ukraine, 1997, N 17, st. 122) in the paragraph to another word
" the main complexes of the explosives industry,
raw material ", and in the paragraph of the fourth word of" explosive "
exclude.
(Paragraph 3 lost the validity of the Act N 847-XIV
( 847-14 ) of 07.07.99)
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
