1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine " On administrative supervision
Persons freed from prison places " ( 264 /94-PL )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, N 52, p. 455;
1995, N 10, pp. (64) Such changes:
(1) In Article 3:
(a) to exclude;
in points "b" and "in" the words "for serious crimes" to replace the words
"for severe, especially serious crimes";
(2) In Article 4, the words "and" and "g" replace
"in the paragraph";
3) in Article 5:
(a) In part one:
in a paragraph in the second word "in paragraphs" a, "b" and "g" and
"district (city) court" to replace according to the words " in paragraphs
"b" and "c" and " district, district in city, urban, and
The Court of Justice ";
in a paragraph of the third word "district (city) court" to replace
words " district, district in the city, urban and urban
Court ";
b) in part 8 of the words "stipulated by the paragraphs", "b" and
"g" to be replaced by "predicted items" b "and" g ".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
