On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
for the purpose of stimulating concession activities

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine " On privatization of State
property " ( 2163-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997,
N 17, st. 122; 2000, N 33-34, pp. 273) complement
The fifth of this content:
" 5. In case of acceptance after the end of the concession line

II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month period after
publish this Act to bring its legal and legal acts in
