1. Part of the second article 92 of the Land Code of Ukraine
( 2768-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, N 3-4,
Oh, 27) set out in such an editorial:
" 2. Permanent Land Rights
Land and communal land:
(a) Enterprise, institutions and organizations belonging to the
Public and communal property;
(b) Public organizations of disabled Ukraine, their businesses
The organization, organization and organization. "
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
