Oh, (370) Such changes:
1. In the first sentence of part of the third article 2 words
" diplomatic missions or consular institutions

2. In Article 4:
1) in part one:
paragraph of the third set in this edition:
" Citizens of Ukraine who are permanently residing are in
long-term duty, on training, internships, work abroad
contract or are in treatment abroad and achieved

passports or through their rightful representatives to foreign policy
Diplomatic Institutions of Ukraine. Citizens of Ukraine who are constantly
