With a k o n u r as th h s on amendments to the law of Ukraine "on the procedure for leaving Ukraine and entering Ukraine citizens" (Supreme Council of Ukraine (BD), 2004, N 33-34, 406), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about with t and o in l I have: I. In the law of Ukraine "on the procedure for leaving Ukraine and entering Ukraine citizens" (3876-12) (Supreme Council of Ukraine , 1994, N 18, art. 101; 2002 N 51, art. 370) are as follows: 1. in the third part of the first sentence of article 2 the words "diplomatic representatives or consular institutions abroad" to replace the words "foreign diplomatic institutions."
2. in article 4:1) in part 1: third paragraph spell out in this Edition: "citizens of Ukraine who permanently reside in a long-term business trip, study, internship, work under contract or are on treatment abroad and reached 16 years of age, due to their personal petition to obtain a passport or through their legal representatives to foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine. Ukrainian citizens permanently living abroad, can apply with a petition about getting a passport also to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Issuance of passports to citizens of Ukraine who have not reached the age of 16, produced on the basis of notarially authenticated petition of parents or their legal representatives in the case of the need for independent exit of such persons abroad ";
2) paragraph seventh part one deleted;
3) paragraphs third and sixth parts of the second lay in this wording: "a child's travel document issued by the bodies of Internal Affairs of the place of residence";
"For issuing the travel document of the child State fee is not charged.
II. Final provisions 1. This law comes into force from the day of its publication.
2. the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to ensure the bringing into conformity with this law, its regulations, and regulations of ministries and other central bodies of executive power.
