1. In part of the second article 7 of the Law of Ukraine " On Status
veterans of war, the guarantee of their social protection " ( 3551-12 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, N 45, pp. 425;
1996, N 1, pp. 1; 2003, N 30, pp. 245):
(1) Paragraph 8 of the Board of Editors:
" (8) Participants in combat during the Great Patriotic War
and wars with Japan who have become disabled as a result of the general
disease or disease obtained during transit.
military service or service in the internal affairs bodies,
Security, other military formations ";
(2) To complement paragraph 9 of this content:
" (9) persons involved in the Civil Defence Formation,
who have become disabled as a result of diseases associated with
The eradication of the Chernobyl disaster. "
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
Sub-item 2, paragraph 1, which is being modified to part 2
Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine " On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their
social protection " ( 3551-12 , to take effect from 1 January
2005.
