1. In the title and text of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
accession of Ukraine to the European Convention on the Basic Principles
Transboundary cooperation between territorial communities or
by the authorities of 1980 " ( 3384-12 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
Ukraine, 1993, N 36, pp. (370) The words " European Convention on
basic principles of transboundary cooperation between
territorial communities or the authorities of 1980 " to replace
" The European Framework Convention on the Transborder
cooperation between territorial communities or authorities "
( 995_106 ).
2. Ratify the Additional Protocol to the European Framework
the Convention on the Transfrontier Cooperation between the Territorial
Communities or authorities ( 994_099 ), held on 9 November 1995
Uh ... Strasbourg and signed on behalf of Ukraine on 1 July 2003
(*), with the following statement:
" Ukraine takes a commitment to apply.
articles 4 and 5 of the Additional Protocol to the European Framework
the Convention on the Transfrontier Cooperation between the Territorial
Communities or authorities " ( 994_099 ).
3. Ratify Protocol N 2 to the European Framework
the Convention on the Transfrontier Cooperation between the Territorial
communities or authorities, which applies to interterritorial
Cooperation 994_520 ), dated May 5, 1998 in the
Um ... Strasbourg and signed on behalf of Ukraine on 3 November 1998
(*), with the following statement:
" Ukraine takes a commitment to apply.
