Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. Part of the first article 66 of the Law of Ukraine " On executive
Failure " ( 606-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
1999, N 24, pp. 207; 2003, N 5, st. 46; 2004, N 6,
Oh, 37) complement the sentence of such content: " In case of real estate
at the specified price will not be implemented on the first trading, then on
retoring the initial price by which it is implemented,
"No more than 30 percent."
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
