I. Article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "On General Mandatory State"
pension insurance " ( 1058-15 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
Ukraine, 2003, N 49-51, pp. 376) complement part two
such content:
" 2. For the presence of non-working disabled II and III groups-in
men 25, and women ' s 20 years of insurance are behind their choices
Disability pension is prescribed in the amount of age pension,
According to Articles 27 and 28 of this Act ".
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
2. Set that the action of Article 33 of the Law of Ukraine " On
the universal state pension insurance " ( 1058-15 )
spread to disabled people who have retired to dress.
In effect, the Act.
