 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine   Oh, I am. :   
 I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:   
 1. Part of third article 9 of the Law of Ukraine " On the Previous   
imprisonment " (   3352-12  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,   
1993, N 35, pp.  360; 2002, N 32, pp.  232) educate in such a   
& Revision:   
 " Taken under the guard of young citizens (ages 14 to 35)   
have the right to receive psycho-pedagogical assistance from   
The specialists of the centres of social services for families, children and young people. "

 3. In parts of the third and fourth Article 10, in part   
Thirteenth Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of the Childhood"   
(   2402-14  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, N 30,   
Oh,  142; 2002, N 32, st.  (232) the words "centres of social services"   
for young "in all differences replace the words" social media centers   
services for families, children and youth " in the appropriate mark.   
 4. In the Law of Ukraine " On Social Work with Children and   
(...)   2558-14  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001,   
N 42, st.  213):   
 (1) The paragraph of the eighth article 1 of the teaching in this edition:   
 " Social services centers for family, children and youth-   
special facilities providing social services to families, children and children

Need outside assistance ";   
 2) in paragraph 5 of the second Article 3, paragraph 2   
article 9, in part two and paragraphs of the first part of the fourth   
article 12 of the words "centers of social services for youth" in all   
The differences replace the words " social services centers for the family,   
children and youth " in the appropriate case;   
 (3) Article 13 is set out in such an editorial:

 specialized formation of social services centres for the family,   
children and youth (family social support service, job service)   
with injecting drug users, center   
Socio-psychological assistance, socio-psychological

location, school of volunteers, student social service, service   
A "trust phone", information and resource center, friendly clinic for   
youth, consultation points in social coventing institutions

 Public social service for family, children and youth acts in   
The executive branch of the executive branch of the executive branch on family, children

 Social Services Centers for Family, Children and Youth   
are formed, reorganized and eliminated by the executive

social services centres for family, children and youth, respectively   
District administrations, the executive bodies of the city,   
district in cities, townships and rural councils, as well as providing them   
Practical and methodical help.   
 2. State of Republican workers   
(Autonomous Republic of Crimea), regional, Kiev and   
Sevastopol city, district, city, district in cities,   
Rural and rural areas of social services for families, children and children   
The youth is set according to state social standards   
and regulations.   
 3. General position on the centre of social services for the family,   
Children and young people approve the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.   
 4. Activities of the social services centres for families, children and

budgets according to the relevant code classification code classification, and   
other sources not prohibited by legislation.   
 5. The services provided by the social services centres for the family,   
children and youth, are public services and carried out on   
A non-payment basis ";

 6. In paragraph 5, paragraph 3, section III of the General   
Youth Support Programme 2004-2008 approved by the Law   
Ukraine " On the General Public Support Programme for Youth   
2004-2008 " (   1281-15  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,   
2004, N 11, pp.  144), the words " social services centers for   
"replace" with the words " social services centres for the family,   
"Children and Youth".   
 II.  This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
