 (1) Part 3 of Article 11 after "methodical unification"   
In addition to the words "departments, department";   
 (2) Part 3 of Article 12 after the words " initial   
Specialist artistic institutions " complemented by the words   
"(schools of aesthetic education)";   
 3) in Article 16:   
 in part of the first word " with the appropriate body of the executive   
"to replace" with the founder (owner) ";   
 Paragraph 2 of the second part of the second part of the word "sections"

 (4) In Article 18:
