Due to this, the sixth is considered to be part of the seventh.
2. Part of the second article 49 of the Civil Code of Ukraine
( 435-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, NN 40-44,
Oh, 356) after the word "adoption" complemented by the words "imprisonment"
and the renewal of parental rights ".
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
