1. Paragraph 8 of the second article 7 is set out in this edition:

II. Final Position
1. This Act is effective from 1 January 2006, except
Items 2 and 5, which take effect from 1 July 2006, and
4, which takes effect from 1 January 2007.

Law on the State Budget of Ukraine.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
a two-month term from the day of publication of this Act
to prepare and apply for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposal

for a three-month term from the day of publication of this Act
