With a k o n u r as th h s on amendments to the law of Ukraine "about the statuse of war veterans, garantees of their social protection" (Supreme Council of Ukraine (BD), 2006, N 33, art. 281) of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine n o s t a n o in l I have: I. To the law of Ukraine "about the statuse of war veterans, garantees of their social protection" (3551-12) (Supreme Council of Ukraine , 1993, N 45, art. 425; 1996, N 1, St. 1;
2005, N 4, St. 98) are as follows: 1. Paragraph 12 of article 6 to lay out in the following wording: "12) persons in minor age were called upon or voluntarily joined the ranks of the Soviet army and Navy during the military prizovìv 1941-1945".
2. Paragraph 12 of article 9 to lay out in the following wording: "12) persons, who during the defense of Sevastopol 30 October 1941 to 4 July 1942, lived on its territory.
Evidence of stay on the territory of the besieged Sevastopol may qualify the certificate "Dweller besieged Sevastopol 1941-1942" and "young defender of Sevastopol in 1941-1942", help, testimony and other documents submitted to the committees mentioned in paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of this article ".
3. Point 10 of article 13 Add the words "and for invalids of great patriotic war and war with Japan in the amount of 100 percent of the approved tariffs.
II. Final provisions 1. This law shall come into force on January 1, 2007.
2. the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within six months from the date of publication of this law to bring their regulations into conformity with this Act.
