Ratification of the Convention of the Council of Europe
Prevention of Terrorism
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2006, N 39, pp. 340)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. Convention of the Council of Europe on the Prevention of Terrorism
( 994_712 ), signed on behalf of Ukraine on 16 May 2005 in
Um ... Warsaw, to ratify (added *) with such statements and
Reservations:
(1) Under paragraph 2 of Article 18 of the Convention ( 994_712 ):
" Ukraine will not remove the other state of Ukrainian citizens.
For purposes of this Convention, the citizen of Ukraine is considered to be
any person who according to the laws of Ukraine at the time of adoption
The decision on the issuance is a citizen of Ukraine ";
(2) Under paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Convention ( 994_712 ):
" In case of a request for issuing a lawmaker from
The Convention with which there is no extradition treaty
Law enforcement agencies, Ukraine will consider this Convention as a legal basis
for the issuance of offenses relating to the crimes laid out in articles
5-7 and 9 of this Convention ";
(3) to Article 22 of the Convention ( 994_712 ):
" According to paragraph 4 of Article 22 of the Convention, Ukraine leaves
the right not to be bound by the conditions set up by the
under paragraph 2 of this article, which provides information,
if she doesn't get a message about the character
information that will be given, and will not give consent to the transfer of such a
Information ".
2. This Act shall take effect from the day of the law.
