Amendment to Article 7
Law of Ukraine "On pesticides and agrochemicals"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On pesticides and agrochemicals"
( 86 /95-VR ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, N 14,
Oh, 91; 2004, N 26, pp. 362; 2006, N 43, pp. 420) after
part of the third complement to the new part of this content:
" In case of state registration of pesticides or agrochemicals in the
Ukraine is banned for ten years from the date of such a
login to use the information contained in the documentation
(dossier) on the safe application of these pesticides,
Agrochemicals, without the permission of the entity, behind the appeal
"The registration was made."
In this regard, the fourth is the eighth, respectively.
The fifth is ninth.
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
