Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:

{Paragraph 1 I lost the validity of the Code
N 4495-VI ( 4495-17 ) 13.03.2012}

{Paragraph 2 I lost the validity of the Code
N 2755-VI ( 2755-17 ) 02.12.2010}

{Paragraph 3 of section I lost the validity of the Code
N 2755-VI ( 2755-17 ) 02.12.2010}

4. In the Law of Ukraine "On publishing case" ( 318 /97-VR )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, N 32, st. 206):
in Article 4:
after the words "Constitution of Ukraine"
"The economic code of Ukraine" 436-15 ) ";
"About Entrepreneurship" and "About the Enterprise in Ukraine"
exclude;
In part 4 of Article 10, the words "Law of Ukraine" On
The enterprise "replace the words" by the Lord's Code of Ukraine
( 436-15 ) ".
5. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine " On State Support
Book publishing in Ukraine " (PDF). 601-15 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
For the sake of Ukraine, 2003, N 10-11, st. 86, N 24, st. 162; 2004,
N 17-18, st. 250, N 43-44. 493):
after the words "Constitution of Ukraine"

II. This Act will take effect on 1 January 2009.
