Changes to Articles 304 and 323
Criminal Code of Ukraine
concerning the strengthening of responsibility
for crimes against family and children
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2009, N 14, pp. 167)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend to the Criminal Code of Ukraine 2341-14 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, N 25-26, art. 131) such
changes:
1. In Article 304:
(1) The paragraph of the second part of the first set in this edition:
" punishable by imprisonment for three to seven rows.
Years ";
2) complement the part of the second such content:
" 2. The same actions, committed to a child or a father,
mother, stepfather, stepmother, guardian or trustee, or
the person on which the duty to raise the victim or
-Take care of him.
Punishable by imprisonment of four to ten
Years. "
2. In Article 323:
(1) A part of a second and third teaching in such an editorial:
" 2. The same action, committed by her father, mother, stepfather, stepmother,
The guardian or caretaker or person on which the duties are entrusted
concerning the upbringing of the victim or the care of him, his coach,
or again, or a person who previously committed one of the crimes,
See Articles 314, 315, 317, 324 of this Code,-
punishable by imprisonment for up to two years or
depriving the will of the same lines.
3. Actions provided by parts of the first or second of this article,
learn about two or more persons, or if they have harmed
The health of the victim,
punishable by imprisonment for up to three years or
Imprisonment for the same sentence ";
2) complement part of the fourth such content:
" 4. Actions predicted by parts first, second or third
in this article, if they have caused substantial harm to health
missing or other serious consequences,-
Punishable by three to eight imprisonment.
Years. "
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
