On Amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
State Customs on Securities Operations

1. To report to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21 January
1993 N 7-93 7-93 ) "On the State of the Supreme Court".

2006, N 16, pp. (134) Such changes:
(1) In Article 2:
Item 9:
" 9) for operations on securities emission, other than bonds
public and local loans, and from issuance of privatization papers ";
Complement paragraph 9-1 of this content:
"9-1) for the registration of derivatives";
(2) In paragraph 6 of Article 3, paragraph 6:
Paragraph 2 is replaced by two paragraphs of the following:
" for the registration of the securities issuance of 0.1 percent of the nominal paper except for the value of the value of the valuable public and local loan papers, but not more
five-fold

Due to this paragraph, the third and fourth will be considered respectively
